RETURNS (UK/EUROPE)

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns unless there is proof of product damage on shipment arrival. If a product is received and is damaged please contact us at  info@cerisethelabel.com. When returning an item from outside the US, please clearly mark the package 'Returned Goods', to avoid any customs charges. CERISE is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

RETURNS (REST OF THE WORLD)

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns outside of the countries listed above. 

 

SIZE / COLOR EXCHANGE

CERISE is able to offer an exchange on the same item in another size only. 

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, you must return it and purchase the new piece separately. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.
